SPECIFICATIONS

Camera ready artwork is defined as black and white color separated positive image with clean sharp lines that does not require any alterations. Photocopies, faxed art, sketches, stationary, business cards and other imprinted products are not considered camera ready art and may be subject to an art charge. JB Products Corp reserves the right to reject any art that is not considered camera ready. Art will be charged at an hourly rate of $85.00/hour. Art will be quoted before production begins.

Spot Color Printing:

Please use this Check List before you submit your artwork.

• Embed All Fonts (outline is the best)

• Embed All Images - Convert to CMYK Mode - Correct Dimension

• Correct Orientation

• Indicate PMS Color

If you do not know your Pantone color number, our art team can Color Match for you, if necessary. Please be sure to indicate that a Color Match is required.

File Format:

Please provide artwork in its original format saved as AI, EPS, PDF or PSD format ONLY. Be sure all files are in CMYK format.

4 Color Process Digital Printing:

Please use this Check List before you submit your artwork:

• Embed All Fonts (outline is the best)

• Embed All Images

• Flatten Transparencies

• Flatten Photoshop layers

• Convert to CMYK Mode

• Correct Dimension & Correct Orientation

• Convert SPOT or PMS Colors to CMYK

• Turn Off Overprint - Remove ICC profiles

• Make sure files have Bleeds

• Remove Template Guidelines from artwork

• Ink Coverage no more than 300% on solid area

We have die lines available for many of our products. These die lines help process your order to print as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you would a template emailed to you.
